Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT. A deposit is required to be made at the time of booking a vacation in order to secure a reservation. Sixty (60) days prior to departure all deposits become final and non-refundable. Full payment of all remaining amounts due over and above the deposit amount must be paid on or before sixty (60) days prior to departure. In the event full payment is not received on or before sixty (60) days prior to departure, all reservations, including but not limited to airline reservations, will be cancelled. Special payment policies may apply depending upon the choice of excursions and will be advised at the time of booking. I Viaggi Di Burgio SRL d/b/a Excursions by Burgio (hereinafter “Excursions by Burgio”) is not responsible for any Supplier-imposed fees or penalties or price increases (including but not limited to Supplier fare differentials) resulting from late payment. "Supplier" shall refer to the vendors providing transportation, sightseeing arrangement, tours, excursions, accommodations and other travel products and services.
